Executive Assistant

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for an Executive Assistant in Thomasville, GA. As an Executive Assistant for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will be working as an assistant to a C-suite executive at an esteemed insurance company and handling high-level work with the utmost professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings and maintain multiple executive calendars.

Handle highly confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.

Arrange complex travel and accommodations.

Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and critical documents.

Interact with departmental leaders in the absence of executives.

Serve as a professional gatekeeper for C-suite executives.

Other administrative tasks as required. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Familiarity with Windows PCs and Apple/Mac computers.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage tight deadlines to ensure timely task completion.

Strong independent work ethic with minimal supervision required.

Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as business demands.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and avoiding workplace gossip.

Knowledge of insurance and financial terminology is preferred.

Previous experience supporting C-level executives is preferred.
