We are seeking a Client Technologies Specialist.
Roles:
• Equipment set up (Laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.).
• Maintain inventory log.
• Proactively assist end users with simple desktop support.
• Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.
• Follow quality standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
• Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and environment questions in a timely manner.
• Provide desktop computer support.
• Attend and participate in bi-weekly team and problem review meetings.
• Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete computer equipment.
• Years of Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in the desired environment
• Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. Required - 2 Years
• Desktop Support Required - 2 Years
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Required - 2 Years
