Pay: $22 - $26

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in Anchorage that is committed to community impact and youth development. They're seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join their finance team in a full-time capacity.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

As an Accounting Technician, you ll support a variety of accounting functions to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. You ll be a key part of a mission-driven team handling:

Daily data entry and general ledger coding

Bank and account reconciliations

Journal entries and financial recordkeeping

Support for AP/AR and payroll processes

Assistance with audits and monthly reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of general accounting experience

Familiarity with nonprofit accounting practices is a plus

Strong Excel and accounting software skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

BENEFITS:

$22 $26/hour depending on experience
