DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY

As our DSP - Direct Support Professional, your main responsibility will be to support an individual transitioning to live independently in a community of his choosing. You'll assist him in developing life skills, navigating daily routines, and building confidence while providing a safe and supportive environment. Whether it's helping with setting boundaries, understanding social cues, or encouraging active participation in his community, you'll be his guide and advocate.

This caregiving position dispatches to the client from home and has a part-time schedule within these hours:

Tuesday: 8 AM - 4 PM

Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with individuals who experience Autism

Trained in de-escalation tactics

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a fingerprint process and background check.
