Key Responsibilities and Duties
Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle, bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes
Write or edit M & G code to produce accurate parts
Perform first article inspection and document for ISO
Measure using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other tools
Conduct dry runs and verify program correctness in single-block mode
Perform daily machine maintenance, ensure fluids/coolants are full
Warm up machinery and report issues to maintenance
Ensure safety, quality, and accuracy in part production Qualifications – Needed
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC machinist or programmer
Ability to write/edit M & G code and operate CNC mill-turn machines
Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
Proven experience with first article inspection and ISO documentation
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working independently on 2nd shift
Familiar with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and related tools
