General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Inspect installation of LV/MV electrical systems, conduits, panels, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with approved electrical drawings and specifications.
Verify IRs are aligned with work completion and readiness for inspection.
Monitor correct installation of cable trays, earthing systems, and devices.
Ensure fire alarm, data, lighting control, and power systems meet quality standards.
Witness testing and commissioning activities including insulation resistance, continuity, and grounding.
Raise NCRs and track rectification measures related to electrical works.
Coordinate closely with mechanical and architectural inspectors on shared spaces and false ceiling areas.
Ensure adherence to local electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC) and safety regulations.
Document and report inspection findings and contractor performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
7+ years of inspection experience in complex projects (theme parks, hospitals, or airports preferred).
Familiarity with ride systems, show lighting, and life safety electrical systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of testing protocols and international electrical standards.
