Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Travel to various locations for quality control checks.
• Plan and prepare the employee work schedule
• Training and monitoring janitorial staff
• Check equipment to ensure it is in working order and that staff is fully trained to use it.
• Perform and assist with cleaning duties as necessary
• Take inventory and order janitorial supplies
• Responsible for directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Communicating with the main office about events, complaints, and employee hours and time off requests.

o Check employee hours
o Communicate with Payroll and HR
• Use discretion when discussing confidential information
• Able to conduct sales meetings and walk-throughs for potential janitorial contract leads
