Operations Manager

StaffBright is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in streamlining processes, managing teams, and driving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, improving workflows, and supporting the company's long-term goals.

What You Will Be Doing:

Oversee and coordinate production and maintenance activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations, either directly or through supervisory staff.

Plan and manage manufacturing operations, including staffing, equipment usage, and facility needs, to meet production goals and maintain product quality and delivery timelines.

Analyze production schedules and data to establish priorities, sequence manufacturing tasks, and align resources accordingly.

Monitor operational performance, resolve production or maintenance issues, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and prevent delays.

Ensure compliance with operational standards, conduct equipment inspections, manage production data, and address employee concerns in collaboration with Human Resources.

What We Need From You:

Bachelor’s degree required — equivalent experience considered for exceptional candidates

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role

Proven background in the automotive or manufacturing industry

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

All-Star Skillset:

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, or related field

Strong preference for experience in the automotive industry; high-performing manufacturing backgrounds also considered
