DSJ Global is partnering with a rapidly expanding food and beverage manufacturer to identify a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join their plant leadership team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled leader with a strong background in capital projects, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a 3-5 year capital investment strategy for equipment and systems upgrades

Lead the planning and execution of capital projects, from scope definition to installation

Implement proactive maintenance strategies including RCM, PM optimization, and predictive maintenance

Drive lean manufacturing initiatives using tools such as 5S, SMED, VSM, and Kaizen

Build and mentor a technically proficient maintenance team, with a focus on long-term skill development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering

8+ years of maintenance leadership experience, with 5+ years in engineering roles

Proven experience in food manufacturing and high-speed automated packaging lines

Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation, and instrumentation

Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
