Oracle Cloud Finance PPM Billing & Costing

About the Role

We are seeking a Managing Applications Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance – PPM Billing & Costing. This role focuses on delivering robust PaaS-based solutions and addressing functional gaps to meet complex business requirements. A strong understanding of the Staffing domain is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot and develop scalable solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance, specifically around PPM Billing & Costing.

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance PaaS solutions to align with business needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor in the Staffing domain, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud applications.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

12 to 14 years of experience as a Functional SME in Oracle Cloud Finance.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Foundation, Project Resource Management, and Project Billing.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and enhance PaaS-based Oracle Cloud solutions.

Domain expertise in Staffing, with a strong understanding of financial processes and system integration.

Experience with PeopleSoft Paybill is preferred.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact solutions.
