Now Hiring: Plant Quality & Process Leader Manufacturing Midwest

Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and driving impactful change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality & Process Leader to champion quality systems and process optimization at one of our production facilities.

This is a high-impact leadership role that will oversee a team of engineers, lead product and process innovation initiatives, and ensure our site delivers excellence in safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the plant’s quality systems and continuous improvement strategies

Act as a safety-first leader while driving culture, systems, and accountability in partnership with EHS

Supervise and develop direct reports, including performance reviews, coaching, and talent development

Oversee quality assurance operations — from incoming product verification to in-process and final inspections

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Customers to ensure products meet performance and compliance standards

Support new product launches and commercialization by aligning specs and processes with capabilities

Drive site initiatives around cost reduction, throughput improvement, and waste elimination

Manage the corrective action system to quickly resolve quality issues and customer complaints

Maintain and evolve documentation, systems, and validation procedures

Promote and embed a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI+) throughout the site

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

At least 7 years in Technical/Quality leadership and 5 years of supervisory experience

Strong background in Six Sigma, process validation, and statistical process control

Deep knowledge of food safety systems and quality compliance (ISO, GMP, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems like SAP
