Inside Sales Representative

With over 60 years of history, Fontile Corporation is a trusted destination for premium tile, kitchen, and bath products in Vancouver. We are currently seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative to join our showroom team.

Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. You’ll guide them through our product offerings and help them make selections based on their needs and preferences. A passion for design and a commitment to outstanding customer service are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm

· Understand customer needs and provide knowledgeable product recommendations

· Highlight product features, benefits, and pricing; prepare sales orders

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors

· Keep client records up to date in the ERP system

· Participate in product and sales training as needed

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe showroom environment

· Uphold company standards of ethics, integrity, and service excellence

Qualifications

· Previous experience in tile, flooring, or related home improvement industries preferred

· Background in interior design or home décor (education and/or experience) preferred

· Strong network of designers, contractors, and builders is a plus

· Sales experience, ideally in a showroom or design-oriented setting

· Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism

· Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
