Your Role: Championing Amazon Success
As Amazon Associate Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Amazon business, blending analytical rigor with creative problem-solving. You’ll serve as a key connector between teams, translating data into actionable strategies that fuel brand performance and elevate the Allstar standard across every Amazon touchpoint. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to fully own the strategy and execution for select brands, shaping their presence and trajectory on the world’s largest marketplace.
What You’ll Do
Brand Leadership & Sales Growth
End-to-End Brand Management: Take full responsibility for the strategy, execution, and day-to-day management of several boutique brands within our Amazon portfolio, ensuring every listing and campaign reflects Allstar’s creative vision.
Strategic Analysis: Harness your analytical skills to oversee product lifecycles, generate robust reporting, and deliver timely business insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Product, and Product Development, ensuring your insights drive alignment and impact across the organization.
Inventory & Compliance: Partner with DTC and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs and maintain documentation that meets Amazon’s evolving compliance standards.
Performance Reporting & Optimization
Sales Insights: Continuously monitor and interpret sales data, surfacing opportunities for growth and sharing recommendations with leadership and partners.
Returns & Reviews: Dive into return and review data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and collaborate with the customer experience team to drive improvements.
Profitability Analysis: Prepare SKU-level profit and loss statements, providing clear recommendations for pricing, inventory, and margin optimization.
Catalog Excellence: Ensure product listings are accurate, compliant, and competitive, while proactively monitoring account health and buy box status.
Inventory Performance: Track and analyze Inventory Performance Index (IPI) scores, proposing strategies to maximize inventory health.
Promotions & Pricing: Evaluate the effectiveness of deals, promotions, and pricing tests, delivering actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
IP Protection: Monitor and report on trademark and brand registry issues, safeguarding Allstar’s intellectual property.
Tech Enablement: Support the rollout and management of third-party tools and data platforms, empowering teams to self-serve and drive results.
What You Bring
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis platforms; able to turn large datasets into compelling business stories.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for making complex information actionable.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus.
Familiarity with other e-commerce marketplaces (Walmart, Target, etc.) is a bonus.
Knowledge of Smartsheet, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, or Shopify is a plus.
