As an ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence products and services. Your responsibilities will include designing and constructing sophisticated machine learning models, refining, and updating existing models, and extending existing models for our customers.

To be successful, you must possess exceptional skills in programming, as well as an understanding of data science and software engineering using ML frameworks for Natural Language Processing (NLP). You are a curious and continuous learner who keeps abreast of the latest developments in AI domain and never hesitates to experiment.

Responsibilities

Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.

Create POCs to demonstrate use cases or as prototypes for customers or for in-house toolkit development.

Keep abreast of the latest AI models (LLMs and others) and techniques in NLP.

Fine-tune, prompt-train, train and retrain open-source AI models on customer data.

Identify the best available open-source AI models, libraries, and approaches to NLP.

Run machine learning tests and experiments to update and improve ITSoli's accelerators.

Manage ML Ops, as needed.

Requirements and skillsProven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role with NLP.

Ability to write robust code in Python, Java, and R

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch), libraries (like scikit-learn) and LLMs.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field; Master's degree is a plus.

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
