Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Coil Wire Form Operator

Location: Lake Geneva, WI

Pay: Up to $24/hour for qualified candidates

Shift premium: $1.50/hour for 2nd shift

2nd shift options: Monday – Thursday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am & Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm OR Monday – Thursday from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am

**$2,500 sign-on bonus

R&L Spring Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Coil Forming Operator to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll operate coiling and wire forming machines to produce precision components used in a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities:

Operate coiling, wire form, and four-slide machines

Monitor machines and report issues to setup personnel

Perform in-process inspections and enter production data

Package and handle completed parts

Maintain a clean, organized work area

Follow all safety, quality, and company policies

Qualifications:

Ability to read and follow written instructions

Basic understanding of blueprints and measuring tools

Comfortable using electronic tablets for data entry

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous manufacturing experience required

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands regularly

Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch

Frequently lift up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs

Safety Requirements:

Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.
