Job Details

This position is for a hands-on Technical Lead who will play a key role in guiding a team of software engineers. In addition to actively contributing to coding and problem-solving, the lead will focus on three core responsibilities: mentoring and developing individual team members, designing and delivering high-quality software solutions, and cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency and leadership skills to drive projects to completion effectively.

Relevant Experience

Over 10 years of hands-on development experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC, grounded in the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem.

Proven track record of leading technical teams for 3+ years, guiding the design and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions.

Deep full-stack development expertise, with a strong focus on building performant user interfaces and consuming APIs efficiently using JSON.

Skilled in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and jQuery, with practical experience leveraging modern frameworks like Angular, React, and others to create dynamic, responsive web applications.

Demonstrated success in integrating AI/ML capabilities into software solutions to enhance functionality and drive innovation.

A combination of education, training, and real-world experience that equips you with the technical and leadership competencies needed to excel in this role.

Technical Knowledge

Deep expertise in designing scalable and efficient system architectures that align with evolving business needs.

Advanced proficiency in .NET Core and C#, with solid experience across the broader .NET ecosystem.

In-depth understanding of modern software engineering practices including Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).

Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies, with the ability to design performant and reliable data solutions.

Proficient in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and React, with a clear understanding of component-driven architecture.

Experienced in Agile methodologies, with a solid grasp of its principles and practical implementation across teams.

Skllled in leveraging Microsoft Azure DevOps for source control, pipeline automation, and project tracking.

Familiar with AI/ML technologies and capable of integrating them into applications to enhance performance, automation, and business outcomes.
