Location: Holland, MI (Onsite)

Salary: $100,000-$130,000

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Administrator to oversee the network and system infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper configuration, implementation, maintenance, and security of the IT environment.

Responsibilities of the IT Operations Administrator:

Oversee and manage the full IT infrastructure, including network, server, storage, client computing, and cloud systems (particularly Azure), ensuring proper configuration, implementation, maintenance, and security to support manufacturing operations.

Develop and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory compliance; lead IT audits, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity efforts.

Monitor and enhance logical and physical security across systems; identify vulnerabilities and execute risk mitigation strategies in alignment with the organization's security program.

Lead plant-level IT initiatives, ensuring alignment of infrastructure and support services with business goals; coordinate delivery of the infrastructure and security roadmap.

Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, support Service Desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service across all client computing scenarios.

Implement and tailor ITIL framework practices to fit the needs of a mid-size enterprise, driving process maturity and operational efficiency.

Establish, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services; use metrics to evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders and vendors to align IT solutions with strategic objectives and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence within the IT function.

Qualifications of the IT Operations Administrator:

Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and security.

Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 environments and implementing ITIL framework practices.

Strong leadership skills and experience with vendor management.

Strong experience with Windows Server Management (Setup, Upgrades, Patches).

Strong virtual server experience with Hyper-V or VMware (Setup, Upgrades, Migrations).

Configure and support Cisco & Meraki networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

Experience with Microsoft Azure - provisioning, security configurations and monitoring.

User Administration experience with Entra ID, M365 Admin Portal, Active Directory & Group Policy.

Experience with InTune and other MDM platforms.

Experience managing backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CCNA, Network+, Azure) are a plus.
