Robotics Technician

Job Description

Bow Robotics is seeking a skilled and motivated Robotics Technician to support both in-shop and field service operations. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial robotic systems used across manufacturing industries. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that supports our mission to deliver top-tier automation service and support to our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues on a variety of industrial robotic systems.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Travel to customer sites to complete service, repair, or installation as needed.

• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize and execute service jobs.

• Document work performed using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems.

• Represent Bow Robotics with professionalism and technical expertise during field visits.

• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of mechanical/technical experience or education in a related field

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (50% travel required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Programming experience in robotics or PLCs

• Experience with vision systems

• EMMT, Mechatronics, or similar technical certification
