CNC Operator

Job Description

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality wood components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines for custom wood milling and production

Inspect finished products for quality and precision

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize output

Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols

Requirements:

Previous CNC operation experience in a woodworking or manufacturing setting

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

Basic knowledge of programming and editing G-code (a plus)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with wood CNC routers and cutting equipment

Familiarity with hardwood materials

Experience in a fast-paced, custom-production environment
