Lead Engineer

A long-standing manufacturer is looking for a Lead Engineer who can lead with vision and still get their hands dirty. You’ll be the driving force behind smarter processes, smoother launches, and better machines—manual, automated, and everything in between.

What You’ll Own:

Running point on engineering projects from concept through install

Leading a small but capable engineering team

Designing machines, improving processes, and making production more efficient

Vetting new tech, managing capital improvements, and backing it all with real data

Ensuring every design works—not just on paper, but on the floor

What You’ll Need:

BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

8+ years of real-world engineering experience

CNC machine knowledge (not optional)

AutoCAD, Inventor, Excel, Outlook—second nature to you

Bonus points if you’ve built or debugged special machines
