Responsibilities:
Process daily tasks such as account transfers and maintenance.
Handle routine and complex transactions efficiently.
Identify and resolve issues proactively.
Follow procedures to meet service and quality standards.
Support financial systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED required.
1+ years in financial services or high-volume operations preferred.
Microsoft Office experience.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and adaptability.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite (hybrid after training), Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $19-20.50/hr.
Employment Type: 6+ month contract assignment
Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour
