Job Description
Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes based on customer specifications.
Serve as point of contact for customer support, and to ensure project deadlines are met.
Oversee daily operations and manage the engineering team.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to align goals and objectives.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Plan and manage project budgets and resources.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in the industrial / manufacturing industry. The Successful Applicant
A successful Engineering Manager should have:
A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of CNC machining processes - milling, turning, grinding, honing, deburring.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
Knowledge of gear manufacturing strongly preferred.
Excellent project management skills. What's on Offer
