Hours: 2 Shifts Available - Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $16.50/ Hour

Job Summary: Are you ready to play a vital role in our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer? In this exciting position, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, accurately picking orders and packing them with precision to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. But that’s not all! You’ll also assist with restocking, cycle counting, and even training fellow Pickers, all while contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of our organization. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for manually packing pulled orders, according to procedure
Picking orders by following packing list and invoices
Responsible for inputting customer order information into company shipping software.
Verifies invoice and picking slip details
Determines the proper size box and inserts promotional literature and packing materials for each order
Assembles cartons, boxes and inserts
Seals and labels packages for processing
Conduct inventory cycle counts are required
Supports other departments as needed Requirements:
Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 6+ months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to completion
Well organized, with the ability to set priorities and meet reasonable deadlines
Must pay close attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate, fosters teamwork and collaboration
Trustworthy, reliable, takes ownership, proactive in learning and delivering excellence
Assist with efficient team operation and continuous process improvement, by participating actively in all team and departmental meetings as requested
Ensures a safe work environment by following all safety rules, maintaining strong safety awareness, participating in required safety training and meetings
Promotes a work environment that meets cGMP regulations by following all established procedures and completing all required training on cGMPs
Basic math and computer skills are necessary
Working Conditions
Work Environment: On-site manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Travel Requirements: None
Physical Demands: Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 49 lbs.
