At Centex Technologies, we're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our technical team and architect solutions that power our business operations. As part of our IT department, you'll collaborate with fellow engineers to build, customize, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem while solving complex technical challenges.

Technical Responsibilities

Engineer custom Salesforce solutions using advanced development techniques and best practices

Design and implement object customizations, field updates, and data models to support business requirements

Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other API protocols

Create sophisticated automation through Apex triggers, Process Builder, and Flow to streamline operations

Configure comprehensive security architecture including roles, profiles, and permission sets

Build and optimize ETL processes for data migration and management

Develop custom Lightning components and applications to enhance user interface and functionality

Architect Community portals with advanced features and integrations

Implement technical training programs to elevate user capabilities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree +2 years’ experience or 5 years experience with alternate education (i.e. tech school/certifications/associates degree)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, operate a computer, and perform other light office tasks. The ability to lift to 10 pounds occasionally may be required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Primarily an office environment with interaction with colleagues and occasional interaction with external stakeholders.

WORK STATUS, SCHEDULE, TRAVEL

Full-time

Monday – Friday

Occasional travel may be required for training or project meetings.
