We're looking for a customer-focused director of rooms to oversee the hotel's daily operations for the front office and housekeeping divisions. You must be an exceptional leader and have experience managing staff, solving problems for clients, and making sure that our customers have a 5-star experience. Our ideal applicant is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service while ensuring compliance with hotel expenses and quality requirements, so we remain profitable. We need a supervisor with at least three years of experience, preferably in the front desk or housekeeping department of a hotel. You will be the hotel Hilton brand champion Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Educate and familiarize new hires with the policies and protocols of the hotel

Create comprehensive long-term strategies for the division to meet the company's objectives and keep the hotel profitable

Monitor staff performance utilizing indicators like quality of work, productivity, customer satisfaction, and absenteeism

Ensure that all customers are provided timely attention to their requirements or needs from department staff

Oversee the daily operations and staff of housekeeping and front office departmentsQualifications:

This position requires a high school diploma or GED

Must have experience in guest services or hospitality industry

Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality

Must have 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory role in the housekeeping department, front desk, or guest services
