D365 Project Analyst/Manager
Location: Riceboro, GA (On-site, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility)
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $125,000 – $155,000

Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a growing manufacturing organization in the Riceboro, GA area seeking a D365 Project Analyst/Manager. This individual will be a key player in driving ERP transformation initiatives, managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, and collaborating across departments to implement efficient, cost-effective solutions. This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to directly impact business operations and digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full lifecycle ERP projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Gather and define business requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and manage customizations.
Provide functional and technical support for the D365 environment.
Coordinate integrations with third-party systems such as AP automation, banking, and EDI tools.
Maintain system documentation, test plans, and change logs.
Design reports and dashboards using Power BI (on-premise / Report Server).
Conduct cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP performance and usability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Sciences, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations preferred).
Proficiency with X++, SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
Experience with Power BI Report Server (desktop/on-premise required).
Strong understanding of ERP processes, data workflows, and business systems integration.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, and Slicers.
Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience working with third-party integrations (e.g., ExFlow, eBanking, EDI) is a plus.
