Epicor ERP Software Engineer - Dubuque, IA

Summary: Seeking a Software Engineer III specialized in Epicor ERP administration and technical support for a manufacturing team.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

2+ years' experience in associated field

Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Epicor

Experience with cross-functional team integration of ERP systems

Strong DMT, BPM, BAQ, and Dashboard knowledge

Knowledge of Application Studio and REST services

Proficiency in database management, SQL, and SSRS reporting

Technical knowledge of C# programming language

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system to align with business processes

Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings

Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and upgrades

Provide technical support to end-users for ERP system issues

Train new users on system functionalities and best practices
