Controls Engineer

Role: Controls Engineer

Location: Johns Creek, GA

Responsibilities:

· Develop, test, and validate TwinCAT PLC code with EtherCAT.

· Enhance EtherCAT diagnostics and HMI messaging.

· Improve safety system logic and failure alerts.

· Identify and mitigate specification monitoring bypass risks.

· Create top-tier documentation compliant with cGMP/FDA standards.

What You Bring:

· Hands-on expertise in Beckhoff TwinCAT and EtherCAT.

· Strong background in PLC safety systems and industrial automation.

· Proven experience in medically regulated (cGMP) environments.

· Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and testing skills.
