Quality Control Supervisor

LINK Staffing has partnered with a well-established manufacturer in the Katy area and is actively recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead and support a growing team.

We're Hiring: QC Supervisor – $30/hr Katy, TX

Location: Katy, TX

Pay Rate: $30/hour

Full-Time On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Train and mentor new and existing QC technicians

Troubleshoot at the component level across multiple product lines

Oversee daily workflow for QC Inspectors

Review, resolve, and report on quality issues and preventive actions

Perform mechanical and visual inspections to engineering specs

Write and maintain work instructions and inspection procedures

Conduct internal audits and supplier quality audits

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 5S and safety coaching

Collaborate with internal departments and occasionally interface with customers

Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of QC or related experience

Proficient in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools (DMMs, current clamps, hand tools)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office; ISO 9001 experience preferred

Limited travel as needed
