Job Summary:
We are looking for two highly experienced Salesforce Technical Leads for a long-term engagement focused on technical debt reduction within a large enterprise Salesforce environment. The ideal candidates must have deep hands-on experience in LWC and Apex, and strong leadership skills to drive best practices, mentor developers, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.
This role is onsite in Plano, TX and will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and business users. Candidates with prior experience at Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, or Wipro will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
Take ownership of code refactoring and platform clean-up to reduce technical debt.
Develop and maintain custom solutions using LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Architects to define scalable configurations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and SSO protocols.
Design and implement complex flows, workflows, approval processes, and Process Builder automation.
Apply best practices in Apex development and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams.
Drive change management, health checks, sandbox strategy, and platform governance.
Ensure platform security, user management, and data integrity through effective administration.
