Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA

We are currently seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager at our client site in Charlotte, NC.

This is a long-term contract - H1B and C2C is welcome!

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager with a strong background in solution architecture or functional consulting to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience managing multiple S/4HANA implementations, deep knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology, and a proactive, outcome-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Program Manager for an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Drive project execution with a strong focus on results, accountability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Apply deep expertise in the SAP Activate methodology to guide project planning, execution, and delivery.

Leverage prior experience as a solution architect or functional consultant to bridge business and technical requirements.

Prepare and present high-quality materials for steering committee meetings and executive updates.

Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet to manage timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Project Manager for multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Strong background in SAP solution architecture or functional consulting.

Deep understanding and practical application of SAP Activate methodology.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools including JIRA, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and steering committee materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
