Principal Full-Stack Engineer - SAAS/OS Development

As we continue to scale and innovate, we’re looking for a Principal Full-Stack SAAS Architect. You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth and Innovation and our Director of Systems & AI. You’ll own critical architecture decisions that will define how investment real estate transactions are identified and processed.

What You’ll Build:

Work directly with the Head of Growth and Innovation to design, build, and scale our proprietary technology platform.

Deploy AI-driven dashboards that integrate with our CRM and VOIP system

Create intelligent interfaces that provide real-time insights and enhance both the client experience and internal operations.

Focus relentlessly on enhancing client experience through personalized service and proactive support, enabled by a real-time understanding of client journeys and needs.

Connect disparate systems (CRM, VOIP, financial tools) into a seamless workflow.

You will oversee the development, optimization, and deployment of these critical tools, ensuring they are scalable and secure to meet the growing demands of the 1031 exchange market.

This position is 100% remote and open to candidates legally authorized to work in the USA.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Excellence: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on building scalable SAAS platforms and delivering data-driven solutions. A proven track record of integrating AI technologies, predictive analytics, and automation into SAAS platforms, particularly for CRM systems in financial transactions and reporting, is essential. You should be proficient in both back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Ruby, Java) and front-end technologies (React.js, Angular, Vue.js), with a focus on creating high-performance, reliable applications. Experience in integrating and customizing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, with external tools to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience is a key requirement.

Practical Empathy: Critically, you should have a client-focused mindset, with the ability to design and develop user-facing platforms that prioritize user experience and intuitive design.

Knowledge + Curiosity: In-depth knowledge of cloud-based SAAS architectures. Hands-on experience integrating tools such as HubSpot, VOIP, and other platforms within the real estate or financial services industry.

Entrepreneur’s Mindset: You will drive bold digital transformation, and must have a passion for growth and innovation. Experience working in Agile environments and delivering high-quality software in fast-paced settings is also required.

Bonus: A strong understanding of the real estate industry and ability to navigate its unique challenges and opportunities, driving technological innovation within this space.

You should have experience working on platforms focused on financial transactions, particularly within real estate or investment sectors, and a deep understanding of managing sensitive data and ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong grasp of data security best practices and experience implementing compliance measures within SAAS platforms is also necessary. Expertise in cloud infrastructure management, including experience with major platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is highly valued.

Finally, you should have a proven ability to build and scale systems that handle high volumes of traffic, large datasets, and high concurrency, with a strong focus on optimizing performance and ensuring reliability under heavy user loads.

Preferred Qualifications:

User-Centered Design & Client-Focused Development: Ability to design and develop solutions with a strong focus on the end-user experience, especially for client-facing platforms. Experience in UI/UX design or working closely with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards is a plus.

Experience with AI Dashboards: Prior experience developing AI-driven dashboards, particularly in the real estate, financial, or transaction management sectors.

Scalable Platform Development: Experience in building platforms that handle high traffic, large datasets, and high concurrency. A strong understanding of performance optimization, load balancing, and ensuring system stability under heavy user loads.

Mentorship Experience: Proven experience in guiding junior developers and implementing development best practices.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing, is highly preferred. This experience will ensure that the platform is built for scale and reliability. Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Data Security & Compliance Knowledge: A solid understanding of data protection regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, or financial industry-specific compliance requirements) and experience implementing security protocols within SAAS platforms is highly desirable. Ensuring the security and compliance of financial data is a critical aspect of this role.

Experience in Financial or Transaction-Based Systems: Experience working on financial or transaction-heavy platforms, particularly within the real estate or investment space, is a significant plus. Understanding the intricacies of managing financial data and compliance in such systems will be essential for this role.
