Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement asset management strategies and initiatives that enhance portfolio value, operational efficiency, and guest experiences
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for property improvements, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
Perform comparative market analyses, monitor industry trends, and assess rental rates, occupancy levels, and property financial performance
Oversee property-level budgeting, reforecasting, and capital improvement plans to ensure that all enhancements and projects are delivered on time and within budget
Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective commercial tenants, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with lease agreements
Work closely with finance, marketing, construction, IT, operations and other cross-functional teams when onboarding and transitioning over newly acquired properties
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in asset management, property management, commercial leasing, or related fields.
Demonstrated success in managing lease portfolios, performing financial analyses, and developing strategies to enhance asset value.
Strong understanding of financial statements, real estate accounting principles, and portfolio-level performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with internal teams, tenants, investors, and community stakeholders.
Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive initiatives to completion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with property management and financial software, along with strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
