Seeking an experienced Director of Quality for a manufacturing client in University Park, IL, offering $150,000-$180,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits.

Lead development and implementation of Quality Systems, Process Control, and Customer Service strategies.

Collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve brand image.

Manage and analyze customer complaints, support continuous improvement initiatives, and monitor warranty and rework reduction.

Identify training needs, oversee vendor qualification, and mentor the Quality Manager.

Require 15+ years in manufacturing quality management, strong leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills.
