Controller

Growing Texas-based building material manufacturer seeks a Controller to join their team in Caldwell. The role reports to the CFO and offers $125,000-$140,000 annually, with benefits including healthcare, 401K, PTO, and vacation.

Lead all financial operations, including GAAP compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.

Manage general ledger activities, internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors.

Develop strategies to meet financial goals and oversee team management.

Utilize Sage ERP, analyze P&L, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years manufacturing finance experience, GAAP expertise, leadership skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
