Project Management: Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers

Supervision: Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Foremen

Estimating: Estimators

Field Operations: Concrete Finishers, Carpenters (Formwork), Rodbusters, Laborers

Quality Control/Assurance: QC Technician, QC Layout

Safety: Safety Specialists, Safety Managers

Administrative/Support: General or Project Administration, Marketing, Accounting, HR and IT staff.

Desired Skills and Qualifications (vary by role):

Proven experience in concrete construction or a related field.

Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Commitment to safety and quality.

Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
