Lead Modeling and Simulation Engineer

The Lead Modeling and Simulation Engineer supports high-visibility MS&A efforts in defense technology at Reston, VA.

Constructs military models and entities using AFSIM, develops dynamic scripts, and creates operational scenarios.

Contributes to study plans, collaborates with subject matter experts, and analyzes results to inform DoD decisions.

Works with software development teams to enhance MS&A solutions and coordinates with stakeholders to meet study requirements.

Requires U.S. citizenship, a BS in a technical field, 12+ years of analysis experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Must have 8+ years of hands-on AFSIM modeling experience, strong communication skills, and scripting proficiency.

Desired skills include an advanced degree, proficiency in C++, Python, SysML, and familiarity with military systems.
