System/Network Administrator Level 2

Seeking a system/network administrator with 10+ years of experience to support IT systems, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure.

Manage client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and virtual environments across Linux, UNIX, and Windows OS.

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 support, escalate issues, and communicate status to management.

Configure and manage virtual, storage, and network components, and enhance OS performance.

Experience with system monitoring tools, virtualization, and collaboration tools like JIRA, GitHub, and ServiceNow.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years substitute experience, and TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
