Regional Float Med/Surg RN

This long-term night shift nursing role involves a 2–6-week assignment at a hospital, with location and schedule assigned.

Requires 2+ years Med/Surg experience and a nursing license.

Float to 12 hospitals, providing direct patient care in Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry units.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, promoting safety, quality, and compliance.

Utilizes evidence-based practice, advocates for patients, collaborates with teams, and educates patients and families.

Must be flexible, adaptable, confident, and promote a positive work environment.
