IT Systems Manager (MANUFACTURING)

Established manufacturer in southeastern Wisconsin seeks an IT Manufacturing Systems Manager to lead system optimization and ERP transformation.

This role involves consolidating current ERP platforms, supporting system upgrades, troubleshooting, and providing user training.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, overseeing one direct report, to enhance manufacturing processes like shop floor control and supply chain.

Qualifications include 3+ years of manufacturing IT experience, ERP expertise (SAP, WorkWise, Paradox), and familiarity with SQL, Excel, or Power BI.

Experience with system transitions or integrations is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary ($100K-$125K), benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Work hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with flexibility, and travel is minimal.
