VMO_Application Programmer IV_Production Support

Seeking a Production Support specialist for a long-term contract in Chicago, IL (onsite 3 days/week).

Act as the first contact for business requests and system impacts.

Monitor/troubleshoot critical trading systems, manage releases, and perform post-release testing.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and develop tools for stability improvements.

Lead daily technical meetings, generate reports using Tableau/MS Office, and follow Change Management policies.

Require skills in Solaris, Linux, Windows, scripting (Shell, Perl, Python, SQL), grid computing, and infrastructure disciplines.

Must be resilient, confident under pressure, and have excellent communication.

Experience supporting traders, incident/problem/release management, and enterprise monitoring is preferred.

Pay: $40-$50/hr with benefits. Qualified candidates should apply immediately.
