Sr Counsel, Studio Technology

The Studio Technology Legal group seeks a transactional attorney to support the innovative Studio Technology team.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements such as software licenses, SaaS, NDAs, and professional services.

Advise business partners on legal requirements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with legal experts across various domains like privacy, open source, and risk management.

Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Must have a JD, California Bar admission or in-house counsel qualification, and at least 7 years of legal experience, including 2 in technology agreements.

Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects, work independently, and communicate effectively at all levels is required.
