Scientist, Software Engineer TS/SCI

Seeking a highly skilled Chief Software Engineer with 12+ years of experience in software architecture, product management, and business development.

Lead end-to-end software development, including full-stack deployment on AWS/Azure and embedded platforms.

Engage with customers to understand needs, develop CONOPS, and generate system architectures.

Manage diverse engineering teams, foster collaboration, and oversee project and cost management.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and prepare RFI/RFP responses.

Experience with ISR, electromagnetic battle management, AI/ML pipelines, spectrum management, and defense industry processes preferred.

Requires clearance eligibility; salary ranges from $138K to $294K depending on location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid leave.
