Description:
The General Manager, Branch Operations, oversees local branch and yard functions, regional sales, manufacturing services, and remote sales across the Western U.S.
Reporting to the CEO, they aim to improve gross profit margins, grow sales, build a sales-driven culture, and expand manufacturing collaborations.
Key responsibilities include managing sales, purchasing, logistics, and teams; developing customer and supplier relationships; analyzing performance data; and ensuring timely operations.
The role requires 15+ years of management experience, strong industry knowledge, strategic and analytical skills, and excellent communication.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, proven success in sales and operations, and existing industry relationships.
