We are hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Perform all duties of Team Members, ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep, customer service, maintenance, and team management.
Train, coach, and lead the team to deliver outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
Use GPS Hospitality Systems to run a successful shift, demonstrating strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Supervise cash policies and address violations, following company values and traits.
Must have 0-2 years supervisory experience, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
Physical ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 20lbs, and perform motions like bending and reaching.
