Workday Business Analyst (HCM experience)

MITER Brands is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Business Analyst to support HR system enhancements and maintenance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Workday HCM system

Test, deploy, and troubleshoot system changes

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor HR metrics

Participate in cross-functional projects for system integration

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of Workday HCM experience, certifications in Workday HCM, Payroll, or Time Tracking, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience with UKG is highly preferred
