System Architect

The IBM Systems Architect position in Battle Creek, MI is a full-time, hybrid role offering $125,000-$150,000 plus bonus.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IBM i (AS/400) systems, focusing on system upgrades, disaster recovery, and performance monitoring.

Requires 5+ years supporting IBM i systems, RPG/CL programming, and strong knowledge of IBM Power Systems, scripting, and automation.

Manages hardware/software upgrades, vendor relations, and system documentation.

Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and collaborates with development teams to optimize performance.
