Direct Support Professional - Overnight

Support Professionals (DSP) provide training and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings to help achieve personal goals and build community relationships.

Work hours are flexible, including evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays, with full-time options of 30 or 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include developing personalized training programs, monitoring progress, assisting with daily living skills, personal hygiene, and community access, and maintaining accurate records.

Must participate in team meetings, adhere to safety regulations, and potentially serve as a Medication Aide if certified.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in human services, and a valid driver’s license.
