Provides Help Desk support, resolving end-user issues, monitoring tickets, and maintaining tracking software.
Assists with onboarding, installs, tests, and configures workstations, peripherals, and software.
Maintains inventory and manages hardware and software upgrades.
Assigns users and computers in Active Directory, and reports issues for escalation.
Ensures workstation setup for new employees and manages equipment, licenses, and documentation.
Requires problem-solving skills, good communication, professionalism, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
Performs in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel. No supervisory responsibilities. Must pass background checks, have reliable transportation, and obtain access to military installations. Preference given to shareholders and their descendants. Equal opportunity employer.
