Senior Configuration Manager

Seeking a Senior Configuration Manager for Ground Based Air Defense at Quantico, VA.

Manage and direct configuration management activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Develop, maintain, and update CM plans, policies, and procedures using PLM software.

Oversee hardware configurations across the Family of Systems, including CCB planning and reporting.

Design and implement tests to ensure product quality and functionality, participate in testing phases, and troubleshoot errors.

Coordinate with teams, train users, and communicate change management processes.

Support QA and Security Assessments, recommend IT tools, and maintain process documentation.

Requires 10+ years’ experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS, CMPro familiarity, and an active SECRET clearance.

Travel less than 25%, office environment, no supervisory responsibilities.
